Prices and ordering

Ordering

To begin your order, click on one of the "Choose options" buttons for the mounting and size of your choice in the price tables below. If the size you want is not shown, you can type it into the form for an instant price. The next few paragraphs provide pre-sales information.

Pricing

We have no set-up fee, no minimum order, no fee for standard editing, and no fee for proofs. Ordering is easy for first-time customers and for professional photographers! We can print standard sizes, panoramas, square, black and white, sepia, painting effect -- tell us what you want!

Turn-around time

We usually ship 1-3 days from the time the order is finalized (after your approval of any image edits). Current turn-around time is given at the top of the options page. Standard shipping is 2-5 day UPS ground so you should have your order, ready to hang, in 3-10 days. Let us know if you need your order by a certain date and we will give you your shipping options. Rush processing is available. December 10 is the last day to order for guaranteed ground delivery by December 24.

Sending us your images

You may upload your image files either before or after placing your order, or you may mail materials for scanning or image files on a CD.

Print sizes and cropping

You can either have us crop your image to fit the print size you choose or you can specify a print size on which your image will fit exactly. To do the latter you will need to know the pixel dimension of your image. You can find that in any editing program, or in Vista you can right click on the image file and select properties. Then choose the small dimension for your print and calculate the large dimension by multiplying the small dimension by the ratio of the pixel dimensions (large over small). This ratio is called the aspect ratio and for uncropped images is usually 1.5 for SLR cameras and 1.33 for compact cameras.

Packaging and shipping

We pack well and ship by UPS ground to the contiguous US (inquire for Hawaii, Alaska, other countries). Shipping/packaging is $10 for orders under $50 and 20% of the total after discount for orders over $50, or we can bill for actual costs...more

For example, for 12 and a half inches, enter 12.5, for 16 and three quarters enter 16.75. The resulting print size will be accurate to within a quarter of an inch. ? Depth: Face dimensions: X >> The maximum size is 28x36 for 1.75 depth. Your dimensions will be changed to the maximum if too large. To order a custom size, first add to table then choose options. *The face size is the size of the front of the box that you see when viewing from the front. For Gallery wrap you need to plan your image for the sides.

Stretch-roll™ canvas wraps Similar to a gallery wrap, the image wraps around the sides, but not the top and bottom. Vertical hardwood bars on the sides are stretched apart with metal struts on the back. These prints ship and store in a tube and require 10-minute assembly...more
